Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has told the G20 summit in a virtual address that now was the time to stop Russia's war in his country 'justly and on the basis of the United Nations Charter and international law'. The heads of US and Russian intelligence met in Turkey and talked about the consequences of any use of nuclear weapons and raised the issue of US prisoners in Russia. ''We are moving forward,'' Zelenskyy told reporters in Kherson after addressing troops. 'We are ready for peace, peace for all our country.'

Despite more settlements in eastern Ukraine have been liberated, many major infrastructures are still damaged as the result of war. The residents of Lyman are living without electricity, gas and running water.

Investigators wearing protective suits are seen exhuming bodies with shovels at a mass burial site which was discovered in the outskirts of the eastern Ukrainian city, Izyum, which was liberated from Russian occupation two weeks ago. At least 445 new graves were found in the site of an existing cemetery. The bodies will be exhumed and sent for forensic examination. According to initial investigations some bodies show signs of torture.
